Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is the MT500LUXH2 motorized or manual?
A: Manual. It uses a hand lever rather than a motor, giving you direct, feel-based control over travel speed during push/pull force testing.
Q: What mounting and orientation does the MT500LUXH2 use?
A: This configuration uses a DF mounting interface in a horizontal orientation, and can be set up as a bench-top unit or wall-mounted.
Q: Does the MT500LUXH2 include a travel indicator?
A: This configuration includes a ruler assembly for manually reading travel distance rather than a digital readout.
Q: Is a force gauge included with the MT500LUXH2?
A: No — the test stand is sold separately from the force gauge.
Q: What is the “Ultra-Extended Travel” option for?
A: It gives the stand a longer working stroke than the standard MT500, useful for testing parts or assemblies that need more travel distance than a standard-travel stand provides.
