Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is the MT150LUXB2 motorized or manual?
A: Manual. It uses a hand lever rather than a motor, giving direct, feel-based control over travel speed during push/pull force testing.
Q: What orientation is the MT150LUXB2?
A: This configuration is set up in a vertical orientation, for bench-top use.
Q: Does the MT150LUXB2 include a travel indicator?
A: This configuration includes a ruler assembly for manually reading travel distance rather than a digital readout.
Q: Is a force gauge included with the MT150LUXB2?
A: No — the test stand is sold separately from the force gauge. Pair it with a compatible Chatillon digital or mechanical force gauge sized to your required capacity.
Q: What does “Ultra-Extended Travel” mean for the MT150LUXB2?
A: It gives the stand a longer working stroke than the standard or extended-travel versions, useful for testing parts or assemblies that need more travel distance.
