Ideal for plastics, rubber, films, packaging and high-elongation materials. Available in standard, extended and pogo configurations. Works with NEXYGENPlus software.
Typical applications: With a 1 kN capacity, the MT150LS1BX is a cost-effective choice for lower-volume QC checks, incoming inspection, and field testing where hand-crank operation is sufficient.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is the MT150LS1BX motorized or manual?
A: Manual. It uses a hand lever rather than a motor, giving direct, feel-based control over travel speed during push/pull force testing.
Q: What mounting and orientation does the MT150LS1BX use?
A: This configuration uses a DF mounting interface in a vertical orientation, for bench-top use.
Q: Does the MT150LS1BX include a travel indicator?
A: Not built in on this configuration — choose the Ruler Assembly or Digital Travel Indicator version if you need to log travel distance.
Q: Is a force gauge included with the MT150LS1BX?
A: No — the test stand is sold separately from the force gauge. Pair it with a compatible Chatillon digital or mechanical force gauge sized to your required capacity.
