Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is the MT150LEXHX motorized or manual?
A: Manual. It uses a hand lever rather than a motor, giving direct, feel-based control over travel speed during push/pull force testing.
Q: What orientation is the MT150LEXHX?
A: This configuration is set up in a horizontal orientation, and can be used as a bench-top unit or wall-mounted.
Q: Does the MT150LEXHX include a travel indicator?
A: Not built in on this configuration — choose the Ruler Assembly or Digital Travel Indicator version if you need to log travel distance.
Q: Is a force gauge included with the MT150LEXHX?
A: No — the test stand is sold separately from the force gauge. Pair it with a compatible Chatillon digital or mechanical force gauge sized to your required capacity.
Q: What does “Extended Travel” mean for the MT150LEXHX?
A: It gives the stand a longer working stroke than the standard version, useful for testing parts that need more travel distance than a standard stand provides.
