Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is the MT150HUXHX motorized or manual?
A: Manual. It uses a hand-turned wheel rather than a motor, giving fine, controlled incremental travel — well suited to slow, precisely-controlled testing.
Q: What orientation is the MT150HUXHX?
A: This configuration is set up in a horizontal orientation, and can be used as a bench-top unit or wall-mounted.
Q: Does the MT150HUXHX include a travel indicator?
A: Not built in on this configuration — choose the Ruler Assembly or Digital Travel Indicator version if you need to log travel distance.
Q: Is a force gauge included with the MT150HUXHX?
A: No — the test stand is sold separately from the force gauge. Pair it with a compatible Chatillon digital or mechanical force gauge sized to your required capacity.
Q: What does “Ultra-Extended Travel” mean for the MT150HUXHX?
A: It gives the stand a longer working stroke than the standard or extended-travel versions, useful for testing parts or assemblies that need more travel distance.
