Chatillon LG Series with Newton (S.I.) Dial : 0.5% FS : NIST Data : 50 x 0.25 N : #10-32M (LG-50N)

Description

LG Series with Newton (S.I.) Dial : 0.5% FS : NIST Data : 50 x 0.25 N : #10-32M

Chatillon mechanical force gauge with large, easy-to-read dial and peak-hold function. Rugged construction suitable for handheld use in production and laboratory environments.

Ideal for tensile/compression testing and ergonomic or muscle-strength evaluations. Can be mounted to a test stand for improved repeatability.

Typical applications: At 0.25 N, the LG-50N handles delicate, low-force checks — electromechanical switch actuation, small spring testing, and connector pull-testing — where higher-capacity gauges would be too coarse. As a mechanical spring-and-dial gauge with no battery to maintain, it is a reliable choice for plant-floor or field use. The included NIST-traceable Certificate of Calibration supports ISO 17025 labs and audit-driven QA programs.
