Chatillon DMG Series Dynamometer with Decimal Dial : 0.5% FS : NIST Data : 500 x 2.5 lbf : 5/16-18F (DMG-500)

Description

DMG Series Dynamometer with Decimal Dial : 0.5% FS : NIST Data : 500 x 2.5 lbf : 5/16-18F

Chatillon mechanical force gauge with large, easy-to-read dial and peak-hold function. Rugged construction suitable for handheld use in production and laboratory environments.

Ideal for tensile/compression testing and ergonomic or muscle-strength evaluations. Can be mounted to a test stand for improved repeatability.

Typical applications: The DMG-500’s 2.5 lbf range makes it a natural fit for electronics assembly QA, miniature component testing, and other applications where only a few pounds of force are involved. As a mechanical spring-and-dial gauge with no battery to maintain, it is a reliable choice for plant-floor or field use. The included NIST-traceable Certificate of Calibration supports ISO 17025 labs and audit-driven QA programs.
