Chatillon DG Series with Decimal Dial : 0.5% FS : NIST Data : 200 x 1.0 lbf : 5/16-18F (DG-200)

Description

DG Series with Decimal Dial : 0.5% FS : NIST Data : 200 x 1.0 lbf : 5/16-18F

Chatillon mechanical force gauge with large, easy-to-read dial and peak-hold function. Rugged construction suitable for handheld use in production and laboratory environments.

Ideal for tensile/compression testing and ergonomic or muscle-strength evaluations. Can be mounted to a test stand for improved repeatability.

Typical applications: With a 1 lbf capacity, the DG-200 is well suited to low-force work such as PCB connector insertion/extraction, medical device component testing, spring-rate verification, and small snap-fit or clip testing. As a mechanical spring-and-dial gauge with no battery to maintain, it is a reliable choice for plant-floor or field use. The included NIST-traceable Certificate of Calibration supports ISO 17025 labs and audit-driven QA programs.
