For our local customers, we’re more than willing to handle pickup and delivery. It’s just another way we go the extra mile to keep your operations running smoothly. We also provide onsite calibrations for most of your equipment. There are some tools that need to come back to our lab due to certain limitations, but that’s the exception, not the rule. We know downtime can be a killer, so we’re all about quick turnarounds and avoiding the hassle of shipping damages. Your flow process stays up, and we keep you moving.

Once the tooling is received into our possession, we work hard to provide our customers with a 10 day turnaround time, including weekends. There are cases where this turnaround time is not applicable, but in those scenarios, we make sure the customer is aware as early as possible.

When deciding the calibration cycle of your equipment, you will want to evaluate all of the risks. How often is this tool used? Does it have a history of having to be adjusted? We ask you to provide us with what you feel is necessary as far as your calibration frequency. Most companies will go with a 6 month or 1 year calibration cycle.

If your equipment doesn’t pass calibration, we’ve got you covered. Most of the time, we can make the necessary adjustments to get things back in line. But if we’ve done all we can and it still doesn’t meet the standards, we’ll give you a heads-up right away. You’ll know exactly what’s out of tolerance, and we’ll lay out your options—whether it’s getting a replacement, sending it back to you as-is, or working with the manufacturer for repairs. We’re here to make sure you’ve got what you need to keep things running smoothly.

Sometimes, it does. It is not common. When calibrating a unit, the calibration coefficients are often times stored inside of the unit’s memory. When we have to adjust the unit, this can wipe out some of the unit presets or stored data. This is unavoidable in those cases.

We work on nearly every brand of equipment. We have vendor partnerships with Ametek, Heidenhain, Mark-10, Renishaw, OGP, Inspection Technologies, MetLogix, Rice Lake, Chatillon, Dillon, Prolink, Williams, Doran, Troemner and Ohaus.

We have also done many calibrations on brands such as Fluke, GE/Druck, Mitutoyo, Starrett, Wika, Ashcroft, Omega, Snap-on, Armstrong, and the list goes on. If a manufacturer makes a piece of calibratable equipment, we aim to be able to provide the testing.
